When Febreeze is Your Cologne – UPDATE

I don’t even like the smell of Febreeze, but still there are times when it’s all I’ve got! Here’s the deal.

So you start off your journey with a small bottle of your favorite cologne. Packing space has dictated that it be small, as well as the TSA if you’re traveling with just a carry-on.

You get to a country that is either hot or intensely humid, or possibly both, and in a very short time all you’re left with is an empty bottle of cologne and that handy-dandy spray bottle of Febreeze you tossed in your luggage. Guess what you spray all over your clothes and then, often as an after-thought, the base of your neck and the pulse points of your wrists.

I know. You’re thinking why don’t you just get some more cologne? Silly person. Because you’re staying in the middle of nowhere, with only the barest of personal grooming choices – that’s why.

Although, I briefly considered the purchase of Axe – the men’s body spray – which, oddly enough, the little mini-market had, but nothing for us gals.

Oh, well, no one’s complaining…to my face.

I FOUND SOME COLOGNE! It’s very strong – just what I need!dsc03880
